Feature Freeze has come! No new features in master

Hi, all!

This is a friendly reminder that the feature freeze for Krita 3.0 is now
active. Please don't merge any new feature into master without a strong
reason. You can continue developing new features in branches, but it is not
recommended. Now everyone is supposed to be fixing bugs and regressions
instead. No new features until 27.04.2016.

You can also consider helping with managing this release board:

There are two kinds of helping activities needed:

1) Check bugs from "Backlog" and "Needsinfo" columns if they look sane and
are reproducible on your computer. If so, move them into "Triaged" column.
2) Fix bugs in "Planned for Release: *" columns

* Monday 14.03.2016 - Feature Freeze*
Wednesday 30.03.2016 - String  Freeze (no new strings can be added)
Wednesday 27.04.2016 - Krita 3.0 Release
