If we remove it someone will request to add it back soon. We could add an
option to hide it maybe. At some point the restriction to only the the
active brush was removed from all preset widgets, not sure why though.

Experimental is a bit useless. Originally it was there to show that these
brush engines might change in the future. But I think we never really
communicated that and they didn't change that much either.

The problem there is that not every image can be scaled down properly. So
you could get some problem with very fine structures etc.
