[calligra/krita-opengl2-rempt] krita: Remove the 3D cursor

Interesting idea :-) It reminds me of today's Windows mystery, though: 
with the new Windows installer, on some cards/drivers, the cursor outline 
is _green_ -- on others it's black :-).
