The hatching brush uses algorithms from KisPainter for its antialiased and
aliased lines. The bug requires rewriting the aliased KisPainter line
algorithm, or changing the hatching brush to always use the antialiased
version and then transform the final dab into monochrome if the
antialiasing option is turned off in the settings.

Solution should take a couple hours.

I can't promise to look at it right now, but I'll do within the next weeks.
