About the positioning of the new Presets Strip and Buttons

After tallying the mailing list and asking slangkamp, Animtim, m4v and
Bugsbane if they like this mockup, I think this one stands as the winner
(the modified proposal by m4v).

On mouseover upon a preset icon, a little delete icon appears in the bottom
right corner of the item. The icon will for now be the trashcan delete icon
(the same we're currently using for the Preset Docker).

In my opinion this is good enough for now, after merging it with the main
branch we can improve it further, specially after people begin to use the
strip and learn how it flows.

So I'll be implementing this one.
