Yes, we could but the user select the 3D brush, then select the OpenGL canvas, 
then he find out that he want the normal canvas so he selects just normal 
canvas and click ok. If we disable the 3D brush model option, nothing will be 
changed in the status of the related classes. So just disable is not opinion, 
or probably you have to be more specific about how do you want to implement it 
and show the use case for it.
