Akademy 2007 Krita Meeting notes

Hello,

I have put the notes about the Krita Akademy 2007 Meeting on the wiki:

The meeting isn't finished mostly because Bart insisted to get bored at the ev 
meeting, so what's remain on the minutes will be addressed later, and also to 
help keeping my local copy in synch with what is on the wiki, please don't 
edit it.
