createHLineIterator

I'm messing about a bit, trying to get a better grip on the new code, and I
came across the definition for

KisHLineIterator  & createHLineIterator(Q_INT32 x, Q_INT32 w, Q_INT32 y, bool
writable);

And I was surprised for a while by the order x, w, y -- I'd have expected x,
y, w. Is this something that's alway done this way in other apps? Or is there
just a good reason for it?
