[kgraphviewer-devel] KGraphViewer Packages on KDE-Apps

Ok, the links for a few packages are set up on kde-apps and I filled the data 
concerning obs. It does not appear currently but I suppose there is a delay ?
I also update a little bit the text. If you have suggestions, please send 
them.
