I updated the patch with const bools, so I'm ready to commit when you
people are ready. By the way, what's the commit policy in SVN
projects? Commit to branches/KDE/4.8/kdenetwork then merge that into
trunk/KDE/kdenetwork? Or commit on those two independently?
