SUMMARY

After upgrading to Plasma 6 and Dolphin version 24.02, Dolphin has ceased
displaying thumbnails for all *.webp image files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
In Icons View Mode, navigate to a folder containing images. Thumbnails for png
and jpg formats are displayed correctly, however, thumbnails for webp files do
not appear.
