dolphin cannot display thumnail for this photo

SUMMARY
***
Dolphin from KDE 6 does not display PNG nor AVIF thumbnails. Gwenview opens
them without problem, but Dolphin cannot see them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. See non existant thumbnails from PNGs and AVIF files
3. Surprisingly, even big XCFs have thumbnails, but small AVIFs and PNGs (set
to no limit) do not.

OBSERVED RESULT
No thumbs for PNGs nor AVIFs (no limit). AVIFs are ver small (below 200 KiB).

EXPECTED RESULT
Fix the regression and make Dolphin work as in KDE 5. I want my thumbnails
back. I have all installed (qtimageformats t6, extras, plugins,...).

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2
Graphics Platform: Wayland/X11 (regardless, makes no difference, independant,
has nothing to do with it)
Graphics Processor: Intel only

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I have kimageformats "6/qt6" installed, all extras, kio-extras and all shebang.
Example in attatchment. ( I have set "no size limit for thumbs", which I is
believe the default anyway...).
