SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click open with and selection application will not launch application
2. Right click "open with terminal" does not launch terminal

Note that creating new files and clicking properties does work.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE Plasma Version: (using i3wm)
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2

Launching dolphin on terminal logs:
kf.kio.core: An error occurred during write. The worker terminates now.
