No, not only the files, but also the file path didn't include Korean.
Basically, it was English.

Eventually, I backed up the content and newly installed SteamOS to optimize it,
but there are still issues where it's not possible to import files from USB
using Dolphin. (I tried multiple USBs, of course!)
