STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. deactivate "Set as wallpaper and lockscreen" service in "Context menu"
section of Dolphin settings
2. right-click on a .jpg file - the previously deactivated service is still
present in the context menu
3. restart Dolphin
4. right-click on the .jpg file again - now the previously deactivated service
is not available anymore, as expected

EXPECTED RESULT
Deactivated services should disappear from the context menu immediately.
Restarting Dolphin should not be necessary.
