SUMMARY
The "Copy Location" and "Duplicate Here" and "Copy To" and "Move To" entries
are missing from the right-click context menu when accessing files from the
Desktop, but are present when accessing files from within Dolphin.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
        1. Open Dolphin.
        2. Click the "Settings" menu.
        3. Click "Configure Dolphin..." in the context menu that opened.
        4. Click "Context Menu" in the left pane.
        5. Make sure that "'Copy To' and 'Move To' commands" is enabled,
putting a check in the box if it's not.
        6. Make sure that "Copy Location" is enabled, putting a check in the
box if it's not.
        7. Make sure that "Duplicate Here" is enabled, putting a check in the
box if it's not.
        8. Click the "Apply" button.
        9. Close the "Settings" window.
        10. Open the "Desktop" directory inside of Dolphin.
        11. Right-click a file on the Desktop.
        12. Check if the "Copy Location" and the "Duplicate Here" and the "Copy
To" and the "Move To" entries are in the context menu that opened.
        13. Close Dolphin.
        14. Right-click on the same file directly on your Desktop.
        15. Check if the "Copy Location" and the "Duplicate Here" and the "Copy
To" and the "Move To" entries are in the context menu that opened.

OBSERVED RESULT
* In step 12 (when accessing the file from within Dolphin), you will see the
"Copy Location" and the "Duplicate Here" and the "Copy To" and the "Move To"
entries in the context menu that opened. This is expected behavior.
* In step 15 (when accessing the file directly from the Desktop), you will see
that the "Copy Location" and the "Duplicate Here" and the "Copy To" and the
"Move To" entries are missing from the context menu that opened. This is
unexpected behavior.

EXPECTED RESULT
The "Copy Location" and the "Duplicate Here" and the "Copy To" and the "Move
To" entries should always be present regardless of whether a file is accessed
directly from the Desktop or from within Dolphin.
