I don't reproduce with konsole in Dolphin 23.08+.

It depends on the service you use to for the "Open terminal here" to allow to
child process to detach from the parent processus.

Are you still affected with the bug ? 
If not we can close this bug.

Can you share the service menu you use to have "open terminal here" feature if
it is not the default one provided for konsole ?
