Installing the "breeze" icon theme works (e.g.: it gets used automatically).
It seems that dolphin tries to use Breeze by default, even if it's not
installed.

I think the issue here is that dolphin tries to use breeze even if it's not
installed, rather than falling back to any of the installed icon themes.
