The Tags shown the left hand panel depend on baloo having "caught up" with any
changes - new tags, changed tags, old tags etc.

It can be that a "balooctl check" nudges baloo to go back and double check for
changes.

There's a tracking bug - Bug 454952 - that tries to collect and summarise the
various tag "eccentricities "...
