That would be nice. I'm using firefox and switching tabs there is the same as
in doplhin (ctrl+page down or ctrl+page up).
Moving tabs in firefox is done via additonally pressing shift (ctrl+shift+page
down or crtl+shift+page up).
It's always a little disappointing when this doesn't work in dolphin and I have
to grab the mouse to move tabs.
