Summary: Add option to preserve tree folder from / in the panel
                    (F7)
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Kubuntu
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: panels: folders
          Assignee: dolphin-bugs-null at kde.org
          Reporter: zefling at ikilote.net
                CC: kfm-devel at kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Currently in the folder panels, it is not possible to see the root folder /
directly, you have to click on from the root and make see parent folder.
Same thing for the user folder, we don't see the parent folder... In this
folder, we no longer see the hard drives or anything else because everything is
hidden below the folder ~ (user) which is annoying when you have several
partitions and I want to move or copy folders or folders to the outside.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin
2. F7
3. in tree go to ~/Downloads (for example)

OBSERVED RESULT
not possible to see or navigate to /, /media/user/mydisk or ~ directly in the
tree
If I go to /media/user/mydisk/myFolder, when I click on user child folder i
lose my open tree

EXPECTED RESULT
Add option to preserve tree from /
