Dolphin itself has no functionality capable of asking for root permissions.

Are you doing any of the following?

- Accessing a location through kio-admin
- Using a 3rd-party "open as root" extension or something
- Running Dolphin with `sudo` or some other unsupported methods of privilege
escalation
