SUMMARY
I think that setting "Clicking files or folders" to "Selects them" should
prevent Information Panel from changing when hovering another file or folder
because, well, it's annoying and doesn't make any sense


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set "Clicking files or folders" to "Selects them".
2. Enable Information Panel.
3. Click on a file or folder to show its information.
4. Move the cursor and hover another element.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Information Panel displays information about the hovered element.

EXPECTED RESULT
The information Panel should only display information about the selected
element.
