STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. set icon view mode
3. use the Zoom slider on bottom to set icon size to 128 pixels
4. rename a file to 'V.S01E02.Parte.II.(1983).720P.BRRip.x264.Dual.Áudio.mkv'
or create a fake file with this name
via 'Create new > Text file...' option from the context menu of Dolphin
5. deselect the file and select it again

OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, the file extension is not
highlighted. The bug disappears when I alt+tab to another window and switch
back to Dolphin.

EXPECTED RESULT
files are always properly highlighted when selected
