SUMMARY
Trying to navigate to the root directory in dolphin (/) results in navigation
to "/home/USERNAME//"


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. In location bar remove everything and type "/"
3. Accept or hit enter

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin goes to "/home/donc//"

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin goes to root directory "/"
