[dolphin] [Bug 460078] When I open a folder, dolphin always creates a new window instead of the original TAB. Even though I've changed the Settings.

Can you specify:

- How you open a new folder (right-click in Dolphin and the "Open in New Tab",
or through task manager, or through a terminal command)
- Which setting you are referring to that you have changed
- In what state the window is in (is the folder you are opening already open in
a tab?)
