[dolphin] [Bug 444712] dolphin sometime opens off monitor

Moving dolphin and then closing it, when dolphin is opened again it fails to
remember last window position.
Also moving to 2nd monitor, close and reopens in the main monitor.


Tested with version 22.08.1
