[dolphin] [Bug 454183] Right clicking towards top of Dolphin window causes right-click menu to appear in the wrong location.

I added an attachment showing it continue to occur on the default Breeze
desktop. Additionally, I figured out that this issue not only occurs in
Dolphin, but also in the System Settings, as shown in the video. It seems to
occur in any KDE-native right click menu. Could you move this bug report to the
relevant category? I'm not sure which it would apply to now, but it's clearly
not Dolphin specific. Thank you!
