STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Dolphin
2.  Open any file/folder properties
3.  Tile properties window to and corner (top left, top right, bottom left,
bottom right)

OBSERVED RESULT
Text and images come out all chopped up along the top and bottom, likely a
padding issue or something.

EXPECTED RESULT
Window behaves normally, no cut elements anywhere.

This might have occurred because of a lack of a scrollbar being implemented?
