When deleting a single icon theme folder on an external hard drive it took over
3 minutes to delete this folder.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. plug in external hard drive
2. delete any folder
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
>3 minutes to delete the folder

EXPECTED RESULT
On other file managers it only takes a second or two
