Can you please do the following:

1. Paste the output of `grep "Show Inline Previews" ~/.config/kdeglobals`
2. Change the preview setitng in Spectacle's file dialog and save an image with
it
3. Paste the output of `grep "Show Inline Previews" ~/.config/kdeglobals` again
