STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start your system with arch linux version 5.16.1 zen kernal and kde plasma
with all extra dependencies installed 
2. immediately open dolphin and right click to the video file (which is already
present there downloaded and it immediately open because you set dolphin to
continue last session)
3. right click on it

OBSERVED RESULT
now you see a right click menu and while you try to open with some other
application (here I open with vlc while default being mpv player) then the
right click menu disappear while you are in side menu of open with and if you
try to move in the right click menu then you can just the thing is you have to
guess the option you are clicking

EXPECTED RESULT
It disappears every time (at least 9 out of 10) while i go in open with

I have 4 gigs ram and intel uhd graphics with a processor of 5th gen dual core
