STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a link for a file. In my case the link was on the desktop.
2. Right-click on the link to open the Properties view
3. On the 'General' tab, the "Points to:" section, click on the ">-" button to
the right of the file name that the link represents.
4. The Properties view expands displaying an error message stating the file
'does not exist'
5. Use Dolphin to confirm that the file does actually exist.

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin reports the files does not exist but it does indeed exist. The link
works normally and opens the file.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should show not notify the user that the file does not exist.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 22.04
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
