SUMMARY
Dolphin does not remember last opened size

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open dolphin
2.  Resize to a size other than default
3.  close dolphin
4. Reopen dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
It opens with the default size

EXPECTED RESULT
It should open with the last used size

Linux/KDE Plasma:  kde neon unstable
KDE Plasma Version:  5.25.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.97.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
dolphin version 22.11.70 (not found in drop down menu provided). I think it
used to work 
in the past
