OK, after hours of torment I found the way:
If I set the HW watchpoint, kdevelop debugger crashes.
After this all attempts to connect fails with this message.
Deleting the session file removes the problem.

Pure gdb runs fine.
This is remote debugging with gdbserver on the other side.
Host is Linux x86_64, target is ARM 32 bit.
How can I rid of this problem?
