<p dir="ltr"> The proposal is already on GSoC. The relationship with KDevelop and arduide is to develop in ArduIDE some features and support to the new Arduino libraries because  some already have some base to work, so it will be only a qt implementation. <br>
 After that I will port everything that is relationed with Arduino to KDevelop and start the work with ARM, OpenOCD and GDB.</p>
<p dir="ltr"> It will be a good thing to both projects.</p>
