well, you may need to download from the git repository of KDE and copile, but that is "@#%^$@#^%", then you need update you Debian Installation to stable or testing, that use the libs necessary for compiling kdevelop...<br>

That seems to have no kdelibs installed at all. So my question is, where<br>
can I find kdelibs 4.8 for this setup?<br>

KDevelop does not support kdelibs below 4.4 since KDevelop 4.1.x. I would<br>
strongly recommend getting a newer kdelibs and KDevelop though, as numerous<br>
bugs have been fixed and the quality generally increased a lot.<br>

Current Debian stable (wheezy) also comes with kdelibs 4.8. I suggest you<br>
update.<br>
