Hi Andreas<br><br>I tried to compile the plugin, however it seems that it does not support kdeveplatform versions higher than 1.1.50. Is the plugin located in a repo somewhere that compiles against newer versions of kdevplatform?<br>

I'm glad to announce the first release of my custom-buildsystem plugin<br>
for KDevelop 4. It allows to setup commands for configuring, compiling<br>
and installing a project along with managing include directories so that<br>
the C++ support finds the include'd headers. I'm using it since a couple<br>
of months for a project that has a completely self-written buildsystem<br>
(in JS) and it works quite well. It also supports setting up multiple<br>
build directories in case your build-system allows to easily do<br>
out-of-source builds for different configurations. Again I'm using that<br>
quite a bit to compile our code against Qt3 and Qt4.<br>
<br>
Any bugs you find should be reported via the usual KDE bug tracking<br>
system, if you can please make sure to choose the "kdevelop" product and<br>
the "custom-buildsystem" component. If you cannot choose that, don't<br>
worry the KDevelop maintainers will make sure that the bugs are being<br>
sorted properly.<br>

I'd show some screenshots, but there's not really much to see (except<br>
the config-dialog) :)<br>
