Basically we need to ensure that craft works for KDevelop and all its 
dependencies on Centos 7 and then integrate that into the new gitlab based CI.

This contains the central docker image that sets up craft in centos 7. We need 
to integrate that somehow into the gitlab CI, such that the craft cache can be 
shared. And it may be that some software needs to be fixed to allow building 
it on centos 7.
