Icon border broken with KDE 4.6.0?

I don't think building IDE used interface on the premise that you
don't actually use it as IDE is a good idea.

I disagree that behaviour that will confuse 99% of folks can be correct.
Of course, that 99% is my estimate, based on the fact that nobody seem
to carefully use perspectives and switch them depending on what they
seem to be doing this very moment. Most folks, rather, will often try
to set breakpoints while on code perspective, see bookmark, and will
get very annoyed.
