Making debug ToolView appear

Hi folks,

What I need to do to make the "Debug" toolview (witch outputs data from the
application itself) appear? When I'm running an erlang project this toolview
is not enabled (and while debugging too) and doesn't show up on "Add tool
view..." on window menu.
