Replace Plugin for kdevelop4

Hi,

I've been working lately on the replace plugin for kdevelop 4, making some 
progress in porting it from kdevelop3. However due to lack of the necessary 
free time I'm making progress slowly. I thought I should send an email to the 
list, so that anybody else who is interested in making it work, won't have to 
do everything from the start. If nobody else shows interest I'll keep on 
working on the plugin until it reaches a somewhat working state at least. For 
now it doesn't even compile however I ported the ui file, I created a 
CMakeLists.txt, and all files except one compile just fine with minor warnings 
(unused variables). There is a TODO file in the archive with some details 
about the files.
