C++ Template Engine ...

Hi all,

Sorry for this probably off-topic e-mail, but does anyone know some template
engine library for C++ ?
I need to use some functionalities like the ones provided by Velocity for
java applications.

I know that KDevelop 3 uses some template engine for constructing the
initial application skeleton from template files containing variables for
the project name, classes names, etc.
