Pre-Fill searchdir in grepdialog

I'm not sure if those 3 options covers this too:
- if none of the first 2 options apply then use the project dir of the single 
opened project (if and only if a single project is opened but not browsing 
through it); this should cover a rather common use case of kdevelop where it 
would be being used only with one project at a time
