All development that I am doing is in 3.3.  I will not personally start on 
KDevelop4 development until KDE 4 is in beta.  I need QMake support that 
works with Qt3 and 4 NOW.  So my goal is to have this all in the 3.3 release 
so we can have this in the next few months.
