KDevelop 2.1.x

Hi, Everyone,

still, working with KDevelop-2.1.x, I installed the Patch of August Hoerandl. 
Great thing, because it lets you browse the base classes and libs with the 
code completion feature.

Unfortunately there was a bung in it, that caused in a crash everytime you 
changed something in a header that caused a rebuild of the class tree.

I have fixed this now, so can you tell me, if and how this patch is to be sent 
to?
