Bug#31116: cursor also disappears after a "Refresh" operation (View menu)

package: kdevelop
Version: 2.0.1 (using KDE 2.2.1)
Installed from:	source
Compiler:	gcc version 2.95.3
OS: Solaris 8 (Sparc)

I don't know if this is due to the same problem or not. I can make the cursor
disappear in the same manner by using the View Menu->Refresh. The cursor
re-appears if I minimize/restore KDevelop, or if I bring up another context
menu and close it again by clicking outside of it.

I'd be willing to help track down/fix this, although I'm new to KDevelop. If
anyone has any suggestions about where to start looking, I'd appriciate that
(please reply to "digitale at digitaleric dot net", because I can't work on GPL
software at work).
