So far the ONLY requirement of the part is that you use a Makefile.am and 
configure.in.in file... Just so I can glean info from there. 

I am still trying to flesh out some usecases yet for the TGZ and Publishing 
portions of the applicaiton.  In reality the first rev will only support RPM, 
but as I get more of an idea of how this works it will go on to support other 
packageing methods.  My hope is that KDevelop will become the first stop for 
KDE developers when it comes to implementation and deployment of software on 
KDE.
