Bug#16266: Classview doesn't update methods of a class within a namespace

Create a class within a namespace, e.g. "my_namespace::A".
Add a new method to the header file and save the header file. 
The class tree collapses, but the new method is not added.
You have to terminate KDevelop and restart it in order to rescan
files and make the change appear in the class view. The bug doesn't
appear, if the class is not contained within a namespace.
This quirk has been around also in KDevelop 1.2.
