Subject : Back arrow in documentation browser returns to the top of the page instead of to the window position you left at.

Error Class	: software bug
Error Location	: documentation tree
Priority	: low
Bug Description ---------------------------

The back arrow returns you to the top of the page you left instead of
returning you to the window position you were at in that document.
Makes it hard to read docs. Works in kfm (if you choose to open in a new
window)

How to repeat the error -------------------

Scroll to the middle of some doc page. Select a link, then go back. You
are returned to the top of the page you left from instead of at the position
you were at in the page.

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

Kfm handles this, so could always look at how it does it, but it's probably
a really simple thing to fix anyway.
